My name is Lyman Bishop and I am the Founder of Forg3D, a family run business that sells the world’s most unique and geometrically perfect 3D Printed Gold and Silver Jewelry online. Each item we sell has a story behind it and everything we sell is Custom Designed by our team of designers and Made in the USA. 

I am best known as the Founder of Hoplite Armor, a company that I started in 2015 in order to design and develop the world's most advanced body armor systems ever created. A company meant to serve the people by providing the average man with the tools they need to keep themselves, and their families, safe in any situation.

Over the years I became interested in the idea of investing in physical Gold and Silver in order to protect my finances against rapid inflation, dedollararization and uncertain economic times. Gold is now one of the last remaining Tier 1 assets, and while Gold and Silver Bullion are a must have part of any portfolio in today's uncertain economic environment, there is a great deal of ancient wisdom in the idea of keeping some of that wealth in its most liquid form. Assets that can be worn, easily transported across international boundaries, easily concealed and easily converted into any currency. 

I have always operated my endeavors according to 3 core values; Honestly, Integrity and Principles Over Profit. Those are the foundational values that I have built my reputation on and my children, who now work with me in all areas of my life, have been raised on and hold to the same values.

To that end we have made it our primary focus to provide our customers with unique, affordable and geometrically perfect Gold and Silver jewelry. This is made possible by the fact that we have personally designed every piece of Jewelry we sell, and we utilize partnerships with some of the largest 3D printing service providers. This allows us to develop unique designs using the latest 3D print / lost wax methods available, while maintaining low overhead, low production costs, and highly efficient processes to provide value unavailable on other retail websites with a level of perfection unattainable by the human hand.

Custom etching and designs are also available. We can add your name or company logo to any item we offer or we can assist you in the creation of a completely new product of your own design using screen sharing software in combination with 3D CAD, allowing you to watch your own design emerging from a blank slate in real time. Those customers that engage in this level of interactive design always enjoy the process. It is a once in a lifetime experience.

Our mission is to create products that speak to the best mankind has to offer. Honor, integrity, self sacrifice and care for one's community.

As a mechanical engineer, designer and businessman I have always enjoyed the process of designing the things I am most interested in. While I have historically focused my efforts in other areas such as Sporting Goods and Advanced Body Armor, I also took an interest in jewelry design.

The initial inspiration was primarily to showcase what has become our flagship line of Kingdom of Jerusalem (KOJ) inspired Jewelry. The story behind that banner is representative of the history of Christendom and the values of the men who lived it. I believe that the Kingdom of God is always seeking soldiers of the faith. Men willing to represent those values and live accordingly. The KOJ line is designed to display exactly that. A testimony to a man's dedication to real world Christian Principles. Once the initial designs were complete we felt inspired to likewise recognize the many other great men of history by creating Mens Jewelry that speaks to the various groups represented by our various designs. 

As a successful businessman I realized that, just as the Book of James says, things done out of selfish ambition are not of heaven. This realization led me to donate a large part of my wealth, as well as my time, establishing a foundation focused on establishing a campus like environment where we can tend to the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and financial needs of orphaned boys. 

We donate the legal maximum of 10% of all gross sales to The Sons of Thunder, our Non-Profit Church we established in 2024 with the express purpose of taking in and tending to the needs of Montana’s orphaned and disadvantaged sons.
